Internal examination includes traditional written coursework, word processed assignments, short practical reports, longer practical investigations, presentations, field trips, industry visits, research tasks, and more. Each unit is graded as pass, merit or distinction against specific assessment criteria; these grades are translated to a point score for each unit.
