The Governing Body

St. Francis Xavier Sixth Form College is a voluntary Sixth Form College in the trusteeship of the Archdiocese of Southwark and is an exempt charity for establishing, maintaining or advancing the Catholic religion in the Diocese.

It is a Sixth Form College Corporation. The Governing Body is known as "The Governing Body of St. Francis Xavier Sixth Form College".

INSTRUMENT & ARTICLES OF GOVERNMENT:
The Instrument and Articles of Government currently in force came into effect on 6th July 2015. 

FULL BOARD MEETINGS:
The Governing Body meets once a term. The next meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday 3rd December 2020, 6pm - 8.30pm

VACANCIES:

Have you ever thought about becoming a College Governor and having an impact on the oversight and success of the college?
There is a vacancy for a Parent Governor on the Governing Body of SFX right now. Could that person be you?
 
Eligibility criteria will apply and DBS clearance will be required. Any parent (natural, adoptive or step) or legal guardian of a full time student of SFX may stand for election.
A ballot will be held to elect a volunteer to be appointed to a two year term of office.
