Additional Learning Support

If you have a learning difference such as Dyslexia or Autism Spectrum Condition or a disability, please be assured that you will receive tailor-made support from trained specialist tutors who receive continuous updates in their training. In addition to academic help, support takes the form of holistic development, the flourishing of the whole person and a key focus is developing self-esteem, confidence and independence.  Support is available in the following ways:

  • In-class.
  • Individual support.
  • Workshops.
  • Enrichment classes.
  • Themed day and residential outdoor activity trips.
  • Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).
  • Mindfulness and meditation.
  • CBT strategies.
  • A multi-sensory approach.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Access arrangements in examinations.
  • Well-being sensory room.
